On the occasion of World Cocktail Day 2026 on May 13, Compagnia dei Caraibi offers a journey through mixology via some of the key brands in its portfolio. The goal is to present the cocktail as a taste experience and an opportunity for conviviality, focusing on the quality and identity of the spirits.
The stars are Ocho Tequila, Planteray Rum, Martin Miller’s Gin, and Salvia&Limone. Four products representing four categories: tequila, rum, gin, and low-alcohol. Completing the selection is the Match Tonic Water line, available in Mediterranean, Floral, Indian, and Spicy versions. The initiative spans different styles and consumption occasions, with signature cocktails designed to enhance aromatic profiles and balance in the glass.
Starting with Ocho Tequila, an expression of 100% Blue Weber agave, featured in the Paloma. One of Mexico’s most iconic drinks, it focuses on freshness and immediacy. The pairing with Match Tonic Spicy Water introduces a mineral and slightly spicy component.
On the rum front, Planteray presents the Daiquiri in the Stiggins’ Fancy Pineapple version. The pineapple infusion creates a balance between acidity and sweetness with a tropical profile.
Martin Miller’s Gin takes center stage in the Westbourne Martini. The Westbourne expression stands out for its clean profile, perfect for one of the most iconic cocktails in classic mixology.
Closing the selection is Salvia&Limone with the Mediterranean Spritz. A low-alcohol version of the classic aperitif, characterized by fresh Mediterranean notes and topped with Match Tonic Mediterranean Water.
