Trentodoc is participating in Restaurant Day, promoted by FIPE-Confcommercio and scheduled for May 16 across the country. The initiative will involve restaurateurs in Italy and abroad, with the goal of focusing on hospitality as an identity element and a lever for the country’s development.
Themes addressed during the day include supply chain quality, environmental responsibility, inclusion, and the social function of food. A widespread dialogue intended to enhance the role of dining within the Italian economic and cultural system.
TRENTODOC’S ROLE ALONGSIDE THE RESTAURANT INDUSTRY
Trentodoc’s participation follows in the footsteps of its relationship with the world of Italian cuisine. Restaurant Day is sponsored by the Ministries of Enterprise and Made in Italy, Tourism, Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, Agriculture, Food Sovereignty, and Forestry. In 2023, it received the Medal of the President of the Republic, a recognition that highlights its symbolic value.
