7Pines Resort Sardinia opens the 2026 season with a new collaboration dedicated to the world of Champagne. The resort announces its partnership with Champagne Bollinger, which will bring two new experiential spaces to the property overlooking the La Maddalena Archipelago.
The new development involves the rooftop above the Capogiro restaurant, which becomes the Bollinger Champagne Terrace, and the Pool Bar, transformed into the Bollinger Champagne Pool Bar. Two areas designed to offer a dedicated selection of Bollinger labels, with different proposals depending on the time of day.
Among the featured references of the season will be the Special Cuvée 007 Limited Edition, presented in a special collector’s edition inspired by the universe of the French Maison. The label will be offered as an exclusive experience for resort guests.
THE TERRACE OVERLOOKING LA MADDALENA
The Bollinger Champagne Terrace focuses on an offering that combines panoramic views and fine dining. Located above the Michelin-starred Capogiro restaurant, the terrace looks out toward the La Maddalena Archipelago and will be dedicated primarily to aperitifs and sunset.
Chef Pasquale D’Ambrosio has created a menu focused on raw seafood and “baci di sapore” (flavor kisses), small tastings designed to accompany the various Bollinger cuvées. The gastronomic experience thus develops as a dialogue between cuisine, landscape, and wine selection, in one of the most panoramic areas of Sardinia’s northeastern coast.
THE POOL BAR BETWEEN RELAXATION AND INTERNATIONAL OFFERINGS
A more informal atmosphere for the Bollinger Champagne Pool Bar, which will maintain an offering oriented toward lifestyle and conviviality. The menu will range from Mediterranean dishes to international proposals, from raw seafood to pizza, including pasta, salads, burgers, and club sandwiches.
The resort’s goal is to further expand its gastronomic offering and consolidate its positioning as a destination dedicated to high-end hospitality and contemporary dining.
A GASTRONOMIC HUB IN NORTHERN SARDINIA
The partnership with Bollinger is part of a path already underway at 7Pines Resort Sardinia on the dining front. In addition to the fine dining at Capogiro, awarded a Michelin Star, the resort also hosts Spazio by Franco Pepe and the Cone Club, a beach club overlooking the sea.
Alongside gastronomy, the property continues to invest in wellness and sustainability, through the Pure Seven Spa and outdoor and marine activities organized from the private dock. With the new collaboration with Champagne Bollinger, the resort thus strengthens its experiential hospitality project, focusing on an offering that combines cuisine, landscape, and the culture of taste.
