Pallini launches a collaboration with DoubleTree by Hilton Rome Monti for a series of events dedicated to mixology on the panoramic Mùn terrace. The calendar, open to the public, will run from May through September with four guest shifts entrusted to bartenders and beverage industry professionals.
The historic Roman distillery, active in the capital since the early 1900s, thus brings its labels to the rooftop of the four-star hotel overlooking the Basilica of Santa Maria Maggiore. The events will feature cocktails crafted with some of the flagship products from the Pallini portfolio.
FIRST EVENT ON MAY 22
The debut is set for Friday, May 22 from 6 PM with the participation of bartenders from The St. Regis Venice. During the evening, cocktails based on No.3 London Dry Gin will be offered. At the same time, Mùn’s Head Bartender, Marco Favorito, will be a guest at the Venetian venue for a dedicated guest shift.
The second event is scheduled for Thursday, June 25 together with bartenders from La Punta Expendio de Agave. The offering will focus on Agavesito and other agave-based products, interpreted through contemporary summer cocktails.
MASTERCLASS WITH MAX LA ROCCA
Thursday, July 16 will feature Max La Rocca, who will lead a masterclass and guest shift dedicated to Tequila Ghost. The product combines the characteristics of agave distillate with a spicy chili pepper component.
The calendar closes on Thursday, September 24 with an evening dedicated to Pallini Limoncello and Ginarte Dry Gin. During the event, a live artistic activity will also be organized: an artist will create a painting inspired by the panorama visible from the Mùn terrace.
A SENSORY JOURNEY THROUGH BOTANICALS AND COCKTAILS
Each event will be accompanied by DJ sets and botanical installations designed to evoke the ingredients present in the cocktails. Among the selected plants are lemons dedicated to Pallini Limoncello, chili peppers for Tequila Ghost, juniper for the gins featured in the evenings, as well as Spanish oranges, mountain pine, and lavender.
The goal of the installation is to create a direct connection between raw materials, aromas, and tasting, transforming the rooftop into an immersive space dedicated to sensory experience.
SPIRITS OF ROME IN THE MÙN DRINK LIST
The collaboration between Pallini and DoubleTree by Hilton Rome Monti will continue beyond the events. Some of the distillery’s labels will in fact enter the rooftop’s new signature drink list, called “Spirits of Rome“, a project inspired by the city through ingredients, aromas, and contemporary interpretations of mixology.
