Torna la Trieste Cocktail Week

Trieste Cocktail Week Returns

From September 7 to 14, the fourth edition of the event involving the city’s venues and bartenders features drinks made with local products

Trieste Cocktail Week returns from September 7 to 14. Now in its fourth edition, the event involves the city’s venues and bartenders, ready to compete with cocktails made primarily with local products. New for this year is an increase in the number of participating bars and restaurants—25 in total, including several historic cafés. Furthermore, there is a greater emphasis on “Made in FVG” excellence, with a day entirely dedicated to local products. Many of these will also feature in the list of ingredients that bartenders will be asked to use in their drinks, which, as always, must be crafted by skillfully mixing creativity and originality.

PARTNERS AND COLLABORATIONS

Several major brands in the industry have confirmed their support for the event. Nonino will be alongside Trieste Cocktail Week for the fourth consecutive year, while Martini and Zero Cento Distribuzione will be main sponsors. Additionally, the event is expanding with an extra surprise to be announced in the coming weeks.

THE OPENING PARTY

Among the new features is an opening party open to everyone at Puro Beach – Tivoli Portopiccolo, which will officially kick off the week. As per tradition, the event will offer not only unique cocktails to discover in every venue, but also masterclasses, guest bartending events, competitions, and menus in various restaurants paired with cocktails.
The 2025 edition was preceded by a special evening on July 22, where the winner of the previous edition, Sebastiano Villatora, created four cocktails paired with four courses created by the chefs of the Ai Fiori restaurant.
