Tinazzi continues its non-financial reporting journey with the publication of the 2025 Sustainability Report. The document analyzes the company’s results and actions in environmental, social, and economic spheres, confirming the integration of ESG criteria into the corporate strategy.
The report remains a central tool for monitoring performance and guiding future choices. The stated goal is sustainable and lasting development through concrete interventions on multiple fronts.
ENVIRONMENT: BETWEEN RESEARCH AND CONSUMPTION REDUCTION
On the environmental front, Tinazzi invests in vineyard research and development. Initiatives include the planting of 6,000 Souvignier Gris vines, a PIWI variety resistant to major fungal diseases. This is accompanied by the use of Trapview technology for real-time monitoring of harmful insects.
The Longevitis project also continues, carried out with enologist Gianni Gasperi and Professor Fulvio Mattivi of the Edmund Mach Foundation. The study starts with vineyard analysis to obtain natural tannins from grape skins and seeds, aiming to improve wine longevity and stability.
Regarding resources, the company recorded a 40% drop in water withdrawals thanks to the MBR purification system, with a 68% reduction in sludge for disposal. Renewable energy production is also growing: at the Lazise headquarters, the upgrade of the photovoltaic system led to a 71.8% increase compared to 2024, for a total of 119 MWh.
Emission reduction is also achieved through packaging: the transition to lighter 550-gram bottles now involves 41.6% of production.
GOVERNANCE AND THE VALUE OF PEOPLE
Sustainability is integrated into decision-making processes and corporate governance. A focus on transparency goes hand in hand with economic-financial stability, considered a key element for ensuring long-term continuity. Simultaneously, Tinazzi invests in human resources through training programs, professional development, and initiatives dedicated to organizational well-being.
SOCIAL COMMITMENT AND THE LOCAL AREA
The company strengthens its local role by supporting projects with social and environmental impact. These include inclusion and social housing initiatives by Città in fiore and the employment of workers with disabilities in collaboration with the La Quercia Cooperative.
There is also space for training new generations, with scholarships and apprenticeship programs for future cellar hands in collaboration with the Istituto Tusini in Bardolino.
In Puglia, where Tinazzi has its own estates, the collaboration with Jonian Dolphin Conservation is active, focusing on cetacean recovery in the Gulf of Taranto. A project that combines business activity with environmental protection.
THE CORPORATE VISION
“For us, the Sustainability Report is a fundamental tool, not just for reporting but also for vision,” comments Francesca Tinazzi, CEO of the company. “It allows us to transparently measure our impact and guide future choices more consciously. Sustainability is an integral part of our way of doing business: it means investing in the long term, innovating production processes, and creating value for people, territories, and the communities we interact with. This path requires constant commitment, but it also represents a great opportunity for growth and continuous improvement.”
NATIONAL RECOGNITION
The path taken by Tinazzi has gained national recognition. On March 25, 2026, the company was awarded by Corriere della Sera – Buone Notizie for its 2024 Sustainability Report in the small business category.
