Turin and Piedmont are preparing to host the third edition of the Salone del Vermouth, the first and only Italian event entirely dedicated to Vermouth. The event is set for Saturday, February 21 to Sunday, February 22, 2026, at the National Museum of the Italian Risorgimento, a symbolic venue for an event celebrating a product born in the Piedmontese capital in 1786. The Salone del Vermouth is now a well-established event in the national landscape of quality drinking. The 2026 edition strengthens the historical bond between the spirit and its home territory, recognized internationally for its production and cultural excellence.

THE OFF WEEK FROM FEBRUARY 16 TO 22

Alongside the two main days, Turin will host the OFF week from February 16 to 22, 2026. A calendar of city-wide events will take Vermouth beyond the Salone and into the city, with appointments dedicated to culture, taste, and conviviality. The goal is to broaden public engagement and strengthen the relationship between Vermouth and the urban fabric of Turin.

TASTINGS, MASTERCLASSES, AND IN-DEPTH SESSIONS

The Salone del Vermouth will involve leading production companies, industry professionals, and enthusiasts. The program includes tastings, meetings, masterclasses, and in-depth sessions dedicated to the culture of Vermouth. The event serves as a space for storytelling and discussion, capable of tracing the product’s evolution from its origins to its central role in the contemporary aperitivo, with a focus on production, mixology, and its dialogue with gastronomy.

NEW FOR 2026: THE B2B DAY

The Salone del Vermouth stands out as the only Italian Vermouth event to include a B2B day. A new feature is planned for 2026: on Monday, February 23, a half-day session will be reserved for the trade. This moment is dedicated to networking and discussion between producers, buyers, distributors, and industry operators, designed to strengthen professional relationships and development opportunities.

A CULTURAL PROJECT FOR TURIN

Conceived and curated by Laura Carello, the Salone del Vermouth confirms its status as a strategic platform for the cultural and economic promotion of Vermouth. The event helps consolidate Turin’s image as the historical and contemporary capital of the spirit, with positive impacts on local tourism and food and wine. Themes of innovation, sustainability, and the future of the sector also remain at the heart of the project.
