SYNC by Aperol Listening Bar & Bistro opens in the heart of Milan, in Piazza Duomo. This new project by Aperol introduces a contemporary and accessible vision of the listening bar to the city. A space where music, food, and drinks interact to create an immersive and shared experience.
The format reinterprets the aperitivo ritual. At its core is an environment designed to be “in frequency,” where sound is not just background noise but a language. Cocktails and cuisine become part of a unique narrative, helping to define a new landmark for the Milanese aperitivo.
SYNC was born as a cultural and convivial platform. A dynamic project destined to evolve over time, with continuous programming aimed at a broad and diverse community.
MUSIC AT THE HEART OF THE EXPERIENCE
The offering unfolds through a structured schedule. Musical aperitifs with guest selectors alternate with listening sessions and in-depth moments, the Sync-posiums. There is no shortage of special events and tasting experiences built on multisensory pairings. The program also includes artistic collaborations and seasonal appointments. The goal is to make the listening bar accessible to an ever-wider audience, maintaining high quality and the value of sharing.
FOOD AND MIXOLOGY IN DIALOGUE
A central element of the project is the relationship between cuisine and mixology. Pairings are designed as a natural extension of the experience, accompanying different moments of the day.
The drink list revolves around Aperol, which remains the centerpiece of the offering. Not just Spritz: there is also room for reinterpretations by emerging bartenders, with contemporary and balanced proposals.
The gastronomic proposal follows the “choose, mix and share” concept. Dishes are designed to be combined and shared, in line with new sharing trends. The signature recipes are created by chefs Alessandro Negrini and Fabio Pisani together with Simone Salvini. A contemporary cuisine that plays on balance and contrasts. Seafood flavors alternate with vegetal notes and more intense accents, building a journey consistent with the venue’s identity.
