Fiera dei Vini 2025: Focus on Wine Tourism and Mixology

From November 22 to 24, 2025, the trade fair at Piacenza Expo explores the world of cocktails with the patronage of AIBES and promotes wine tourism

The 2025 edition of Fiera dei Vini opens to new perspectives, scheduled from November 22 to 24 at Piacenza Expo. This year’s event features two important innovations: the expansion of the area dedicated to mixology, realized with the patronage of AIBES – Italian Association of Bartenders and Supporters, and the introduction of a visitor route designed to showcase wineries offering hospitality experiences.

FOCUS ON WINE TOURISM

More than half of the exhibitors – with 18 Italian regions already represented, along with producers from Austria, France, and Slovenia – offer structured wine tourism experiences. This offering will be highlighted through dedicated signage and the catalog distributed at the event entrance. In this context, the partnership with the National Association of Wine Cities takes shape, which during Fiera dei Vini will organize an institutional meeting with municipalities in Emilia-Romagna belonging to the network to promote increasingly integrated wine tourism routes and itineraries.

PREVIOUS EDITIONS’ FORMAT CONFIRMED

The winning format from previous editions is confirmed. A human-scale event where direct dialogue between producers and wine lovers is at the heart of the experience. At the tasting counters, visitors can meet the wineries, taste and purchase wines directly, with the convenience of available shopping carts. Completing the experience is a wide selection of gastronomic and artisanal specialties. Culture also has its space again this year. Among the side events, the “Filari di Libri” series returns, an area dedicated to Italian publishing offerings paired with wine-growing regions.

Of particular interest is also the professional focus on the Horeca channel, accompanied by targeted marketing activities to facilitate meetings between operators.”

FIERA DEI VINI: WHERE, HOW, WHEN

Online ticketing is already active on the event website. The daily ticket in presale is available at €18 until September 12 and at €22 from September 13 to November 21. The two-day pass can be purchased immediately for €40. AIS, ONAV, FISAR, AIC, AIBES members and industry professionals can request the reduced daily ticket at €15 upon registration and accreditation. Starting September 1, it will also be possible to purchase tickets online for thematic masterclasses, including one dedicated to extra virgin olive oil curated by Luigi Caricato, director of Olio Officina magazine.
