- On October 27 in Milan, an extensive Chianti Classico tasting will take place, featuring over 60 wineries and 200 labels.
- The event, in collaboration with AIS Lombardia, is reserved for industry professionals and members of the Italian Sommelier Association.

- There will also be a focus on Chianti Classico DOP Oil, and Chianti Classico Vin Santo will be available for tasting.
More than 60 wineries and over 200 labels. Chianti Classico presents itself in Milan with a major tasting organized in collaboration with AIS Lombardia. An event reserved for industry professionals and members of the Italian Sommelier Association, on October 27 from 2:30 PM to 7:30 PM, at The Westin Palace Milan, in Piazza della Repubblica.
The event represents a comprehensive overview of the DOCG, thanks to the direct presence of producers. Historic estates and new names from the territory will be presenting their wines, from the heart of Chianti Classico to the center of Milan.
CHIANTI CLASSICO: PARTICIPATING WINERIES
The tasting will feature wineries including Castello di Ama, Fontodi, Isole e Olena, Fèlsina, Frescobaldi, Castello di Monsanto, Rocca delle Macìe, Castello di Fonterutoli, Ruffino, Castellare di Castellina, Rocca di Montegrossi, Tolaini, Querceto di Castellina, Castello di Querceto, Castello di Volpaia, Tenuta di Arceno, Vignamaggio, Villa a Sesta, Carpineto, Lamole di Lamole, Podere Terreno alla Via della Volpaia.
FOCUS ON DOP OIL AND VIN SANTO
The day will also offer an in-depth look at Chianti Classico DOP Oil, with a dedicated tasting counter. Participating producers include Castello di Meleto, Castello di Fonterutoli, Fontodi, Fattoria Castello di Verrazzano, Giacomo Grassi, Isole e Olena, Lamole di Lamole, Rocca delle Macìe, Rocca di Montegrossi and Principe Corsini – Villa Le Corti.
Attendees will also be able to taste Chianti Classico Vin Santo. A selection of labels from producers including Castello di Albola, Castello di Monsanto, Caparsa, Castello di Meleto, La Vigna di San Martino ad Argiano, Ormanni, Rocca di Castagnoli, Terre di Perseto, Terreno and Vignamaggio.
