Carmine Coletta is the new president of Sannio Consorzio Tutela Vini. The election marks the beginning of a new phase for the protection body, tasked with strengthening the role of Sannio denominations in the Italian and international wine landscape.
“I am honored by the trust placed in me,” declared the newly elected president. “I take on this role with a great sense of responsibility and with the goal of working in close collaboration with all members, institutions, and industry operators to consolidate the positioning of our wines at national and international levels.”
Coletta emphasized the value of the territory and the strategic role of the Consortium. “Sannio has an extraordinary wine heritage, and the Consortium will continue to be its driving force.”
Sannio Consorzio Tutela Vini represents one of the most significant realities in Southern Italy’s wine sector, with a production system centered on native grape varieties and denominations that have garnered increasing market attention in recent years.
SANNIO WINE CONSORTIUM: ALL THE NAMES OF THE NEW BOARD
The final appeal from the new president of the Sannio Wine Consortium, Carmine Coletta, is directed at young people and new professionals, and those who choose to stay or return to the territory to make wine, which “must be a model of cohesion, reputation, and value.” The members of the executive board are: Giampiero Rillo (vice president), Alfredo Di Leone, Gianmarco Maffei, and Domizio Pigna.
Completing the Board of Directors are Luca Baldino, Lucio D’Amico, Rino Corbo, Silvio Di Lonardo, Mennato Falluto, Flaviano Foschini. And also: Gino Gambuti, Dario Iannella, Libero Petraccaro, Lorenzo Nifo Sarrapochiello, Libero Rillo, Ildo Romano, and Giuseppe Vitale. The new representatives of the Board of Auditors are Annibale Mancinelli (President), Valentina Di Biase (member), and Raffaele Romano (member).
