Today we felt the need to take a further step forward, not only commercially, but especially in terms of organization and strategy.”
“We chose Flavio Geretto,” Zuliani continues, “for the vision he has demonstrated throughout his career. Flavio Geretto brings over 27 years of experience in commercial and managerial roles. His career has integrated operational skills and strategic vision, with attention to organizational processes. “I arrive at Cantina Rauscedo at an important time,” comments the new general manager, “which has made the structure even more solid and aware of its potential. GERETTO FROM VILLA SANDI TO RAUSCEDO: “COOPERATIVE MODEL IN THE FUTURE OF ITALIAN WINE”
“I deeply believe in cooperation. I see in the cooperative model not just an organizational form,” Flavio Geretto specifies, “but a vision of the future: working as a team, sharing objectives, combining skills to face increasingly complex markets. The future of Italian wine, and of Friuli in particular, also depends on the ability to work as a system. I love Friuli for its authenticity, for the concreteness of its people and for the work culture you can feel here. Cantina Rauscedo represents this identity in a coherent and credible way.
The commitment of the new general manager of Cantina Rauscedo will be to “further strengthen the organization, enhance human capital and provide continuity to a path of balanced growth. Respecting the members and the territory.” “When a structure is qualified and the vision is shared,” he concludes, “challenges become opportunities. The objective is to build value over time, consolidating Cantina Rauscedo’s role as an authentic expression of Friuli and its capacity for cooperation.”
CANTINA RAUSCEDO, THE COOPERATIVE OF THE GRAVE FRIULANE
With the appointment of Flavio Geretto, Cantina Rauscedo opens a new phase marked by the continuity of a cooperative model rooted in the Friulian territory. The cooperative today brings together over 300 families of winegrowers and cultivates approximately 2,000 hectares in the alluvial plain of the Grave friulane, between the Tagliamento, Meduna and Cellina rivers.
A territory characterized by stony soils and particular environmental conditions, which have shaped an identity-driven viticulture. The cooperative specializes in the production of Friulian white wines and Prosecco, with presence in national and international markets.
