At the heart of the chef&#8217;s culinary vision are technical precision, clarity of flavors, and the pursuit of balance and lightness. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The operational execution of the offering will be entrusted to <strong>Pasquale Rivetti<\/strong>, Chef in Residence. The culinary project is set within the architectural context curated by architect and interior designer <strong>Aline Asmar d&#8217;Amman<\/strong>, who has been leading the restoration of Orient Express Venice since 2018. The intervention involves one of the city&#8217;s historic palazzos and aims to enhance its architectural heritage with a contemporary language and dialogue with the Venetian art scene.  <\/p>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-uagb-advanced-heading uagb-block-fd9c048c\"><h5 class=\"uagb-heading-text\">HEINZ BECK VENICE: THE FINE DINING RESTAURANT<\/h5><\/div>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The fine dining restaurant <strong>Heinz Beck Venice<\/strong> will accommodate twenty covers and will be open exclusively for evening service. The cuisine reflects the approach that has made the chef internationally renowned: an offering based on balance, lightness, and attention to the nutritional dimension of dishes. Ingredients come primarily from the Venetian lagoon and the Mediterranean.  <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Among the planned preparations are amberjack with smoked buttermilk, fresh peas, and preserved lemon, and red prawn served with carrots and lagoon seaweed. Dishes that showcase local ingredients through contemporary techniques and a personal interpretation of Italian tradition. The restaurant is located <strong>in the palazzo&#8217;s former Orangerie<\/strong>. The design by Aline Asmar d&#8217;Amman features sculpted glass forms inspired by marine life. The light installations project fluid reflections throughout the space and emerge from the dialogue between the architect and the chef on the lagoon&#8217;s edible flowers.    <\/p>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-uagb-advanced-heading uagb-block-7cc61ac9\"><h5 class=\"uagb-heading-text\">LA CASATI: VENETIAN CUISINE IN AN INFORMAL KEY<\/h5><\/div>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Alongside the fine dining, the restaurant <strong>La Casati<\/strong> offers a more informal experience, open for both lunch and dinner. The offering showcases local flavors with seasonal ingredients and recipes tied to Venetian tradition, maintaining the same culinary philosophy as Heinz Beck&#8217;s cuisine. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The spaces are inspired by the figure of Marchesa Luisa Casati, known for her eccentricity. The theatrical interpretation of the spaces is enriched by artisanal materials and decorative textures. During summer, the restaurant extends outdoors thanks to <strong>a 300-square-meter garden<\/strong>, one of the rare green spaces in Venice&#8217;s historic center.  <\/p>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-uagb-advanced-heading uagb-block-c7b04f3b\"><h5 class=\"uagb-heading-text\">WAGON BAR AND SALONE VITTORIA<\/h5><\/div>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The hotel&#8217;s culinary offering also includes the <strong>Wagon Bar<\/strong>, which evokes the golden age of rail travel. The setting is inspired by the lounge bars of the original Orient Express carriages and is reinterpreted in Art D\u00e9co style. The bar remains open until late evening and offers a selection of light dishes, classic cocktails, and signature creations.  <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">On the piano nobile is the <strong>Salone Vittoria<\/strong>, the historic ballroom of Venetian nobility. Today it hosts breakfasts, gala dinners, and private celebrations beneath 18th-century chandeliers.
