The concept of the venue draws inspiration from this reference, combining elements that evoke the Roman domus with modern design lines and materials. The atmosphere is designed to offer <strong>an intimate and welcoming ambiance<\/strong>, in continuity with the urban context of the Prati district.  <\/p>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-uagb-advanced-heading uagb-block-3448b803\"><h5 class=\"uagb-heading-text\">ROMAN CUISINE AND SHARING PLATES<\/h5><\/div>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The gastronomic offering focuses on the <strong>great classics of Capitoline cuisine<\/strong>. The menu features signature dishes such as tonnarello cacio e pepe and saltimbocca alla romana, preparations that represent the city&#8217;s gastronomic tradition. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Alongside the historic dishes, the <strong>menu includes offerings designed for sharing<\/strong>. Among these are a selection of Lazio cheeses and a line of gourmet pizzas. The goal is to expand the offering while maintaining a direct connection with the territory and its products.  <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The cuisine focuses on the quality of ingredients, sourced from local suppliers. A choice that allows the enhancement of regional ingredients and the creation of <strong>a gastronomic offering based on seasonality<\/strong> and the recognizability of flavors. <\/p>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-uagb-advanced-heading uagb-block-6b77e555\"><h5 class=\"uagb-heading-text\">LAZIO WINES AND COCKTAILS INSPIRED BY ROME&#8217;S DISTRICTS<\/h5><\/div>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The experience at Tullia restaurant is completed by <strong>a wine list that pays attention to Lazio productions<\/strong>, alongside labels from other Italian regions. The wine selection is designed to accompany traditional Roman dishes and the other menu offerings. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Alongside wine, the venue also offers a <strong>cocktail list<\/strong> inspired by some of the capital&#8217;s historic locations. The drinks bear the names of iconic districts and areas of the city, from Trevi to Campo Marzio to Monti. The project is part of the group&#8217;s strategy oriented toward developing restaurant formats connected to the hospitality world.
