The festival dedicated to Italian and international winemaking excellence is moving to <strong>Castel Mareccio<\/strong>, in the heart of Bolzano. This choice marks an evolution for the event, which focuses on a historic location nestled in vineyards and overlooking the Adige Valley.  <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Built in the 13th century, Castel Mareccio is now a venue for events. Its frescoed halls, park, and panoramic position define a context consistent with the event&#8217;s identity. VINALTUM thus confirms <strong>its focus on territory<\/strong>, quality, and setting.  <\/p>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-uagb-advanced-heading uagb-block-978cd3e1\"><h5 class=\"uagb-heading-text\">THE PROJECT AND THE ORGANIZERS<\/h5><\/div>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">VINALTUM was born from the collaboration between <strong>Danilo D&#8217;Ambra<\/strong> and <strong>Luciano Rappo<\/strong>. D\u2019Ambra is the president of <strong>FISAR <\/strong>for Bolzano and Bassa Atesina. Rappo has worked for years as a consultant for wineries.  <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The project also involves <strong>Pietro Cormaci<\/strong> and <strong>Rinaldo Hauser<\/strong>. The goal is to create a meeting point for producers, buyers, and the public through tastings and educational moments. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cCastel Mareccio represents a leap in quality for VINALTUM&#8217;s setting. We wanted to bring the event into the heart of Bolzano \u2013 comments Danilo D\u2019Ambra, creator of Vinaltum \u2013 <strong>to a place that speaks of territory, history, and excellence <\/strong>as much as the wines being tasted there. The careful selection of participating wineries and the direct presence of producers will offer visitors an unprecedented oenological experience.&#8221; <\/p>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-uagb-advanced-heading uagb-block-ee758e4d\"><h5 class=\"uagb-heading-text\">PARTNERSHIP AND HOSPITALITY<\/h5><\/div>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Among the new features is the collaboration with <strong>Goldenstern Townhouse<\/strong>, the official hospitality partner. The property is located in the city&#8217;s historic center, under the medieval porticos. It is a restored historic building with sixteen suites dedicated to figures linked to its history.  <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cCastel Mareccio and the Goldenstern are two places that tell the same soul of Bolzano \u2013 emphasizes D\u2019Ambra \u2013 <strong>history, beauty, and the pursuit of excellence<\/strong>. Having them both alongside VINALTUM is not a coincidence; it is a precise choice. Sunday is <strong>open to the public<\/strong> with tastings. Monday is reserved for industry professionals and invited guests. Masterclasses led by experts are scheduled for both days.   <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Among the central moments on Sunday evening is the \u201c<strong>Big Bottle Party<\/strong>.\u201d An event dedicated to large formats, designed as a meeting point for participants and producers. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cVINALTUM was born from the conviction that quality wine deserves a stage that matches its level \u2013 states Luciano Rappo \u2013.
