      Brut Dargent is a brand that interprets the Jura exclusively through sparkling wines produced using the traditional method<\/strong>. The base wines are obtained from historic French varieties such as Chardonnay and Pinot Noir<\/strong>, also accompanied by Merlot<\/strong>. A less common choice for this type. The range is designed to accompany both gastronomic consumption and aperitifs. <\/p>\n\n

      BRUT DARGENT FREE CHARDONNAY AND PINOT NOIR ALCOHOL-FREE<\/strong><\/h5><\/div>\n\n

      Brut Dargent Free Chardonnay<\/strong> comes from a 100% Chardonnay base. In the glass it presents with a pale gold color and golden reflections. The aromatic profile recalls white flowers and citrus. The palate is soft<\/strong>, creamy and supported by good freshness, with a fine perlage. <\/p>\n\n

      Brut Dargent Free Pinot Noir<\/strong>, from pure Pinot Noir grapes, is offered in ros\u00e9 version<\/strong>. On the nose and palate, red fruit notes emerge, with an agile and immediate drinking experience, in line with the fresh and convivial style of the line. <\/p>\n\n

      HOW THE DEALCOHOLIZATION OF FREE WINES WORKS<\/strong><\/h5><\/div>\n\n

      After traditional vinification, the wines in the Free line undergo a dealcoholization process through vacuum distillation with a cone centrifugal column<\/strong>. The process, which requires at least 30 hours, allows alcohol to be removed without heating<\/strong> and without the addition of chemical substances. <\/p>\n\n

      The technology adopted preserves the structure and aromatic profile of the wine, avoiding the use of added aromas and maintaining a natural taste.<\/p>\n\n

      BRUT DARGENT BLANC DE BLANCS EXTRA BRUT FOR THOSE NOT DOING DRY JANUARY<\/strong><\/h5><\/div>\n\n

      Alongside the alcohol-free line, Brut Dargent also offers traditional sparkling wines. The Blanc de Blancs Extra Brut<\/strong>, made from pure Chardonnay, presents with a bright straw yellow color and a fine, persistent perlage. On the nose, aromas of ripe fruit and citrus emerge, followed by toasted notes, pastry and chocolate. <\/p>\n\n

      The palate is full. Suggested pairings include fish dishes, including raw, Asian cuisine<\/strong>, vegetable-based preparations, savory pies and medium-aged cheeses.
