The product was created with the aim of telling the story of the Crete Senesi and the Chianti Classico region through aromas and scents. The wine base itself forms the backbone of the recipe, built on a balance of selected botanicals.  <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Wormwood<\/strong>, the central element responsible for the vermouth&#8217;s primary aromatic note, is joined by <strong>gentian<\/strong> with its bitter component. <strong>Sweet orange<\/strong> and <strong>vanilla<\/strong> enrich the profile with softer, citrusy, and fresh nuances. <strong>Quassia<\/strong>, extracted from Quassia wood, further highlights the bitter and balsamic notes, while <strong>coriander<\/strong> adds a slightly spicy touch. <\/p>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-uagb-advanced-heading uagb-block-bdf1f99a\"><h5 class=\"uagb-heading-text\">THE LABEL<\/h5><\/div>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The label for the 0.75-liter bottle is designed by <strong>Federica Cecchi<\/strong>, who also illustrated the Vitiarium Collection. The artist has depicted the botanicals used in the recipe with carmine strokes on a white background. The hand-drawn plants take on the appearance of a shiny red foil designed to reflect light and evoke the nature of the Vermouth. Production, limited to <strong>1,700 bottles<\/strong>, takes place in Piedmont at the <strong>Bordiga<\/strong> distillery. The bulk wine is sent here for the vermouth-making process, which lasts about a month.    <\/p>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-uagb-advanced-heading uagb-block-5eb432c0\"><h5 class=\"uagb-heading-text\">NEAT, ON THE ROCKS, OR MIXED<\/h5><\/div>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A fresh vermouth with a smooth body and pleasant <strong>fresh and spicy notes<\/strong> that nods to recent market trends. Excellent neat or with ice, it is at its best served with a simple orange zest. But that&#8217;s not all\u2014with its freshness and drinkability, it also delivers excitement in cocktails.  <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">It is easy to imagine it in the <strong>classic Italian aperitif<\/strong>: Mi-To, Americano, Negroni, and Sbagliato. However, the characteristics of Vermouth San Felice also invite simple variations or twists. First and foremost, a simple Manhattan, where the spicy notes of Rye Whiskey are enhanced by the freshness of the Vermouth. The Sweet Martini is also pleasant, where the verticality of a London Dry Gin highlights the aromatic and citrusy notes of the vermouth.   <\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-yoast-seo-related-links yoast-seo-related-links\"><\/ul>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For the more daring, the choice might fall on a <strong>Vieux Carr\u00e9<\/strong>, with Cognac and Peychaud&#8217;s emphasizing the citrusy side of Vermouth San Felice, or a <strong>Bijou<\/strong> that gives the vermouth itself plenty of room to breathe.
