Once again, the numbers prove its success. The more than 40,000 square meters of pavilions 29 and 30 made available by BolognaFiere hosted the stands of more than 1,000 winemakers.  <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Over 8,000 wines for tasting and sale<\/strong>. Also present were European winemakers from the Bulgarian, Czech, and Slovenian national associations, members of CEVI. In parallel, the area dedicated to oils brought together 28 FIOI companies. <strong>Over 28,000 visitors<\/strong> had access to 1,500 carts and a home delivery service for their purchases.  <\/p>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-uagb-advanced-heading uagb-block-52cad300\"><h5 class=\"uagb-heading-text\">THE WINEMAKERS AND THEIR AUDIENCE: FIVI&#8217;S TRUE STRENGTH<\/h5><\/div>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">But the true strength of the FIVI Market goes beyond numbers. The Winemakers&#8217; Fair Market <strong>maintains its solid identity<\/strong> born 14 editions ago: direct contact between producers and their consumers (today we would say &#8220;wine lovers&#8221;). It&#8217;s the real opportunity, for those who love and drink wine, to <strong>get to know and learn<\/strong> directly from those who make the wine.  <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8220;Behind every stand, while tasting, <strong>you talk with people who get their hands dirty every day<\/strong> \u2013 says a young man with glass still in hand \u2013. People who point at a photo and tell you what their vineyard is like and where it is. Each visitor can thus compare and taste very different realities just one glass apart. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8220;You have breakfast with a Trentodoc, a pre-lunch with a Trebbiano Spoletino, an afternoon snack with a Barbaresco, and an aperitif with an artisanal Vermouth from the Aeolian Islands. <strong>All within ten meters<\/strong> \u2013 says a girl with an open smile and the eyes of a child at an amusement park \u2013. Moreover, with objectively well-managed organization.&#8221; <\/p>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-uagb-advanced-heading uagb-block-5cef4221\"><h5 class=\"uagb-heading-text\">WHEN STRENGTHS AND WEAKNESSES COINCIDE<\/h5><\/div>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Great organizational care: in less than half an hour from the gates opening, you&#8217;re ready to taste, glass around your neck and cart in hand. Numerous fountains for rinsing glasses.
